Shipping policy

All items are custom made when ordered. Therefore, our shipping times are longer than purchasing a ready made product. Our shipping times depend on payment, proof approval, peak demand times, and whether or not we need to special order supplies for your custom item to be made. 

There are several stages to our ordering process: 1) Order Placed 2) Payment Made 3) Proof Sent 4) Proof Approved 4) Item Made 5) Item Shipped

OUR ESTIMATED SHIP TIMES START FROM THE DATE OF PROOF APPROVAL!!

Below are estimated ship times for several items we carry

Shirts/Hats/Pants - 1 week

Tumblers/Cups/Plates 2-3 weeks (1 week minimum- these take a week to make once your order comes to the too of the list) 

Phone Grips- 1 week

Please keep in mind that these are estimates. Higher demand can change these times. A closer estimated time will be provided when your proof is approved. 

 

Damaged- If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping, please contact us so we can discuss filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
