Refund policy
All items on this site are custom orders.Â
Once you order you will be sent a proof for approval. Any changes need to be made BEFORE approving the proof. Please look carefully for misspelling and errors. AFTER you approve the proof, no changes can be made and no refunds will be given if the error was approved.Â
If you receive an item with an error that is different than the approved proof (a name was spelled incorrectly on item and is not the same as the proof) the buyer may choose between:
1) a return label will be provided and a full refund will be sent once item has reached us
OR
2) a return label will be sent and the same item corrected and remade and shipped to the customer at no charge.Â
If item is not returned, no refund or remake will be issued.Â
If you receive an item that was damaged during shipping. Please contact us and we will file a claim with the shipping carrier and discuss how to handle the order on an individual basis.Â
